Montsalvat & Metropolis

Jessie & Daniel’s wedding day began with their ceremony in the chapel at Montsalvat, surrounded by its distinctive stone architecture and stained glass windows. The chapel created a romantic and atmospheric setting, with soft light filtering through the coloured glass as they exchanged their vows.

The celebrations then moved into the city for their reception at Metropolis Events, perched above Southbank with expansive views across Melbourne. The modern space was a striking contrast to the character of Montsalvat, with the city lights setting the scene as the evening unfolded.

As the night got underway, guests were treated to a vibrant lion dance performance that brought plenty of energy to the reception. From the quiet atmosphere of the chapel to the buzz of the city, the day had a natural sense of progression, with each setting bringing its own character to the celebration.
