Questions

How many hours of coverage do we need?

Most weddings are comfortably covered within eight hours, which allows us to capture everything from getting ready through to your first dance. If your ceremony and reception are at different locations, or there's a significant distance between them, we recommend allowing a little extra time for travel. Ultimately, it depends on how you'd like your day captured. Some couples prefer coverage from the moment they start getting ready, while others may only want us to begin from the ceremony.

How long until we get our film?

You'll typically receive your final package within six to twelve weeks after your wedding, depending on the season and the number of weddings ahead of yours in our editing queue. We take our time with every film and gallery to make sure everything feels just right.

Do you travel to the Yarra Valley and regional Victoria?

Yes! We regularly shoot weddings across regional Victoria, from the Yarra Valley and Dandenongs to the Mornington Peninsula. We're also happy to travel further afield, including overseas for destination weddings. Just let us know your venue and we can confirm the details.

What happens if it rains?

Nothing changes about how we shoot. Rain can bring beautiful light and atmosphere to a wedding day, and we're always happy to work with whatever the weather brings. If plans need to change or your ceremony moves under cover at the last minute, we'll simply adapt and keep things moving so you can enjoy your day while we capture it as it unfolds.

Do we need a videographer as well as a photographer?

They capture your day in completely different ways. Photography gives you those beautiful still moments to look back on, while film brings everything back to life: the sound of your vows, the way everyone reacted to the speeches, the music playing during your first dance and all the little moments in between. Most of our couples choose to have both, so they can remember not just how their day looked, but how it felt.

What's the difference between Super 8 and digital wedding film?

Digital is your main wedding film, capturing the day in full with your ceremony and speeches included. Super 8 is completely different. It's genuine analogue film, shot on physical cartridges with no playback, then developed and scanned after your wedding. The result is a short, grainy and nostalgic film that feels a little like stepping back into the day. It sits alongside your digital wedding film, adding another layer of atmosphere and emotion rather than replacing it.

What couples say about our films

Mohadesa H. Cloudehill Garden, Melbourne, June 2025 Read on Google

The highlight film they created was truly beautiful, felt so intimate and captured so many moments of love. Their song choice was perfect and made the film feel like a personal music video and had so many personal touches that I genuinely could not get enough of it.

Andrew Huang Yering Station, Victoria, May 2025 Read on Google

Before the wedding, we weren't sure about getting a videographer for the day, but we are so glad that we did. The many different versions — highlight films, Super 8, raw footage etc — helped us travel down memory lane and see things that we missed for hours.

Michael Sacks Half Acre, Victoria, April 2025 Read on Google

They went above and beyond to capture every moment of our wedding perfectly. Watching the videos takes us straight back to that day.
